Stephan Another absolute masterpiece and exceptional album from an absolutely exceptional band !! For fans of Manilla Road, Manowar, Genesis and Marillion. In places, however, the joy is marred by the flat sound... Favorite track: Welcome To The Day of Death.

victor_p Very strange band. Think of Manilla Road crossed with Deep Purple and even some jazzy piano flourishes thrown in. Lengthy songs with lots going on, and the high-pitched voice of Gianni Nepi on top, telling stories from another time. In short: awesome. Favorite track: Plinius the Elder.

Elric of Melniboné A band with such a history, making songs about history. Every song is well composed and sounds original, yet stays true to the DQ sound. For me nothing surpasses their self-titled debut. But this record might very well be their second best effort if it is even possible to rank their albums. Everything these guys ever made deserves credit.
